This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Pitkin County request by the record or action needed:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
For state-court dockets and records, contact the Clerk of Court, Pitkin County Combined Court, 506 E. Main Street, Aspen, CO 81611, 970-925-7635. Public counter hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., except state holidays. The clerk also accepts case-record questions at PCAspen@judicial.state.co.us.
